At Howling Dog Alaska, we want you and your canine athlete to be perfectly equipped for every adventure. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and free of any dog hair or debris.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and use the pre-paid shipping label provided to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
